Based on feedback, we have developed a new version of our ePaper, which incorporates the most-requested features and improved design and functionality, making it a better reading experience for our subscribers. Instructions on how to access the new app are below and while all current subscriptions will remain active for as long as your subscription is current all future subscription purchases can be made here: thecourier.co.uk/subscribe/

The new ePaper is available now, via this website and our new Courier digital ePaper app.

It’s very simple! On this page is a box to enter your email address to reset your password. Then you will then receive an email from which you can reset the password. Once it is updated you will be able to view the new ePaper on our website and in the new app.

- On the website: In the top right corner of our website, there is an option to Login/Register. When you are logged in, this instead appears as ‘My Account’. If you click on ‘My Account’, there is an option called ‘eEditions’, which will take you to the ePaper. Also, when a new edition is available, we will send you an email containing a link, which you can click to be taken straight to the ePaper.
- On the app: You can download the app from the links found elsewhere on this page, that will take you to your app store of choice. Once the app is downloaded, log in to view the ePaper. Please note: you will need to be on a phone or tablet for this.

Yes, for as long as your existing subscription is valid, you can access the old ePaper on the old app or via the old ePaper website. Once the period that you have subscribed for ends, you will no longer be able to use the old app or website. These older versions do not include the upgrades and added benefits of the new digital ePaper. When your existing subscription is due to lapse, we will email you with details on how to continue your subscription.
Step 2. RESET YOUR PASSWORD
To activate your access to the new Courier digital ePaper, you will need to reset your password. Your email address and password are used to login to this website and to our new app. Please type your email address into the box below. This will send a reset password link to your email. Please follow the instructions given in that email.

Once your password has been reset, you will be able to access the new ePaper anywhere you can access the internet, via our website.
Step 3. DOWNLOAD THE APP
For easy access and the best reading experience, you can download our new digital ePaper app to your mobile or tablet device. Use the buttons below to download the app from your preferred app store.

DIGITAL ePAPER

A digital ePaper is a replica of the Courier Newspaper. It includes all the content from our physical paper, including in-paper supplements and puzzles. You can access your digital ePaper either by logging into your Courier digital ePaper app, our website or via the email link that we send to you when a new edition is available.

You will get a new ePaper every time a new daily paper is released: Monday – Saturday, 6 days a week.

Our new digital ePaper has an archive of the last 30 editions.

Supplements are available as part of our digital ePaper. To make them easier to find Supplements have their own tab with the menu of our new app.
ABOUT THE NEW APP

Your new Courier digital ePaper app will provide you with an easier to navigate, paper-like reading experience. A better reading experience means that as well as being able to zoom in on content, the new click to view function allows you to open up a separate view on your chosen articles. And don’t forget you can also share and save articles at the touch of a button. Anything you save can then be accessed later at your leisure. Puzzles are now interactive and can be played from within the app (mobile or desktop), meaning no more printing. Of course, there is still print functionality if you prefer and we have also improved our menu so that you can see instantly the most up-to-date version of your chosen Courier edition. Within our main menu is all of our Supplements as well as the separate Puzzle page.

To access the new digital ePaper app you need to download the new app. You can do that at your app provider of choice, and there are buttons elsewhere on this page to take you to those app store. To log in, you will need to have reset your password before you can access the new app. Alternatively, you can access your digital ePaper and read it via your internet browser here: thecourier.co.uk/eeditions/. Again, you will need to have reset your password before you can access.

All editions are available within the new Courier digital ePaper app. When you first login, you will be prompted to select your default edition but you can also access other editions if you choose to.

Your previously saved material is available from within your old app only. You can access the old web login page here. Any future saved content will be stored on your new app. You will still have access to the old app for as long as your current subscription is still active. Alternatively, if you access the old version of the desktop app you can download any saved material straight to your computer.

Yes, you can choose to not download the new app and continue to use your old app as normal. You can only use the old app while your current subscription is still active. Please note that you will not be able to renew on the old app and any future subscription purchases must be made by visiting: thecourier.co.uk/subscribe/.
HOW TO RESET PASSWORD

In order to login to the new Courier digital ePaper app or website you will need to update your password on the Courier website. This will allow you to gain access to our new app with improved features.

To reset your password please enter your email address into the box elsewhere on this page and then click ‘reset’. You will then be sent an email with a reset link. Please reset your password and once this is complete you will then be able to login to the new app using your email address and new password.
ACCESSING OLD APP

Yes, you will still be able to access your old app including all you saved content for as long as your subscription is active. PUZZLES

Puzzles will be interactive and can be played from within the app, meaning no more printing. Of course, there is still print functionality if you prefer and all puzzles can be easily accessed from their own tab within the main menu.

We have redesigned our menu, so Puzzles are easy to find now. When you login you will see three tabs and Puzzles is one of those tabs.

We are automatically giving you the same subscription duration to the new digital ePaper as you arranged when taking your existing subscription (e.g. one month, one year, etc). It will not automatically renew unless you have subsequently taken action to arrange a recurring renewal. The price for the new digital ePaper can be found at: thecourier.co.uk/subscribe/. When your subscription is due to lapse, we will send you an email with a price match for your original monthly price of £10.99 for 3 months (the standard price for our new Courier digital ePaper is £15.99 per month).

ACCESSING THE DIGITAL ePAPER WITHOUT THE APP

You can access the new digital ePaper via the ‘My Account’ function when you are logged into our website and via the daily email we send our customers when a new edition is available. This email will be sent from The Courier. In order to access this, you will still need to change your password in order to login for the first time.
